We only collect data strictly necessary to facilitate B2B trade, export quotations, and technical sampling. This includes: (a) Identity data (full name, job title); (b) Business contact data (corporate email address, telephone/WhatsApp number, company name, registered business address, country); (c) Commercial interest data (requested products, expected order volume, target delivery ports); (d) Technical navigation data (IP address, browser type, geographic location via anonymized analytics). We do not collect sensitive personal data or consumer payment information.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is processed exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes: (a) Preparing proforma invoices, FOB/CIF price quotes, and technical specifications; (b) Organizing the delivery of commercial samples via international courier; (c) Fulfilling regulatory, customs, and phytosanitary export documentation; (d) Direct communication regarding your inquiries and production schedules. We never sell, rent, or monetize your business data.
3. Data Security & Storage
We implement enterprise-grade technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal and commercial data. Form submissions are encrypted in transit via Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.3) and processed through secure, SOC-2 compliant serverless infrastructure. Access to customer inquiry data is restricted strictly to authorized export sales managers under binding confidentiality obligations.
4. International Transfers
As an international exporter operating from Vietnam, inquiries submitted through our platform may be processed across global cloud infrastructure (including servers located in Singapore, the United States, and the European Union). In all cases, international data transfers are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) ensuring an adequate level of protection equivalent to GDPR standards.
5. Data Retention
We retain commercial inquiry and contact data for as long as necessary to maintain active B2B relationships and comply with Vietnamese trade, tax, and accounting record-keeping requirements (typically 5 years from the last active commercial transaction). Inactive lead inquiries are purged periodically.
